Our MOQ starts at one unit. Yes, one — we built the business specifically to remove the five-figure commitment barriers that distributors impose on independent retailers. A few styles carry a slightly higher minimum, shown on each product page. Volume pricing kicks in at 10, 50, and 200+ units.
Tiered. 1–9 units run at base factory-direct pricing. 10–49 units earn a first-tier discount. 50–199 units step down again. 200+ units qualify for our deepest pricing and priority production slots. Exact numbers are quoted on request.
Wire (ACH / SWIFT), major credit cards, and PayPal Business. First orders carry a 50% deposit with balance due before ship. Qualified accounts move to Net-15 once the relationship is established.

Yes — metal alloy, stone spec, length, finish. Because we own the factory, those aren't special-ask favors, they're normal production. Full custom/OEM is 25+ units with a 3–4 week production window.

Yes. Natural diamonds come with GIA certificates; lab-grown diamonds come with IGI certificates — both graded against the 4Cs (carat, cut, color, clarity). Certificates are available on request: ask with your quote and we issue them with the goods. Lab-grown diamonds are inherently conflict-free.
Orders are final sale — no returns or refunds. Production is factory-direct and often made to spec, so we de-risk a first order up front instead: a paid sample puts the exact metal, stone, and finish in your hand, and a made-to-spec run confirms the piece before you commit to quantity.
We repair our own craftsmanship free of charge — manufacturing defects, not wear, accident, or abuse. There's no fixed published warranty term and we don't hang a number on it: we own the factory, so if the fault is ours, we make it right.
Yes — samples are available, paid and non-credited: the sample cost is its own line and is not applied to a later order. A sample is how you verify metal, stone, and finish in hand before ordering at volume, since orders are final sale.
We ship worldwide. North America moves via insured FedEx or UPS, signature required, in 5–10 business days; international transit varies by destination and is confirmed with your quote. Terms are DAP — the buyer is responsible for import duties and taxes assessed on arrival.
